You have made the decision to install new equipment in your home or business. What options do you have for warranty?
**Triangle Air Care, Inc. provides a 1 year parts & labor warranty
This means that during the first year after installation by Triangle Air Care, Inc., if a part on the installed equipment fails, Triangle Air Care, Inc will replace the part at no labor cost to the customer.
**Most manufacturers carry 1 year labor & 5 years parts warranty
For 5 years after the installation date, if a part fails on the installed equipment, the manufacturer will provide a new part at no cost to the customer. They do not cover labor or materials required to install the part after the 1st year.
**Registered 1 year labor & 10 years Parts Extended Warranty
Upon registration, some manufacturers will extend the 5 year part warranty coverage to 10 years of part coverage. Labor remains at 1 year. Triangle Air Care, Inc. registers all equipment on full system replacements only.
**Optional 10 years parts & labor Extended Warranty
Most manufacturers allow the purchase of an optional extended warranty that may cover parts and labor for 10 years. This means that if a part fails during the 10 years after the installation date, the extended warranty company will pay for all labor, parts and materials to repair your covered heating and air conditioning equipment. ESA program is mandatory for this warranty as the manufacturer requires regular maintenance to be performed on a/c systems covered by this warranty.
