Simply contact our office to place a service call. Upon diagnosis, our technician will provide you with a quote for the cost of repair or replacement of your system. Triangle Air Care, Inc. has a flat rate diagnostic fee. This fee does not apply towards the repairs. The Diganostic fee covers the time for our technician to check your inside unit, outside unit, filters, drains, and more to provide adequate full diagnosis of your system. The technician will write a Service Invoice providing you with diagnosis and pricing on site.
We do our best to keep parts on our trucks, however sometimes additional trips can not be avoided. Wait time for repair often depends on the time it takes for our Vendor's materials to be received at the parts house, or at our main office.
The only appointment we can guarantee in advance is 8:00am. Anything after this time is an estimate, and not promised.
Residential Customers are 'Pay on Site'.
Commercial Customers have a Net30.
Multiple systems on site are charged as: Per System.
Rush shipping of parts is an additional fee, when available.
Temporary cooling units may be available, for a separate fee.
VIP customers get priority availability for temporary units.
